While we hope that you will love your merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your unworn/unwashed swimwear within 15 days of the delivery date.
Swimwear is fully refundable and we will gladly refund these items if they meet our returns requirements.
At Hot Beach Swimwear, to ensure the highest quality garments are sent out to you, all items are inspected before being shipped.
We will not fix colour fading, burring/pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration and colour running. Please follow the care instructions to ensure you do not encounter such problems and to prolong the life of your garment. Swimwear garments are made from delicate materials and will normally experience “wear and tear” over time.
Our Swimwear holds a no warranty policy. Due to different qualities in computer screens, some garments may appear slightly different shade than they actually are.
* Merchandise must be returned within 14 days.
* Merchandise must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.
* Returns will be processed within 7-14 business days of receipt, in form of credit.
* Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at our discretion to decide if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs are not refundable.
* PLEASE NOTE: Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
* Accessories and clearance items are final sale and lingerie cannot be returned.
* ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns.
Please email email@example.com if you wish to make a return. State your name and address, which garment you wish to return and why. Someone from our team will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm your return. Please check your inbox and junk mail.
When trying on garments avoid make-up, false tan or lotions coming into contact with the item, if any item is sent back with this type of mark it will be sent straight back to you. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession or whilst they are in transit. For this reason we recommend that you use a recorded tracked delivery service. If we do not receive the items back from you, we may arrange for collection from your residence and we will charge you the cost of doing so.
In line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of your receipt.
We always aim for same day dispatch where possible to get your orders to you as soon as possible.
